Job Responsibilities

  • To manage General Administration related works.
  • Making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
  • Arrange executive travel, insurance, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Maintain strong relationships with Other Departments and vendors
  • Implement HR programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, Statutory compliance, and labor relations, completing personnel transactions
  • Develops HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action, support in grievance handling and Complete special projects
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing authentic information/data and new trends in Industry and as per law
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance, Handle insurance-related issues, Managing workplace safety issues,
  • Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc
  • Conducting various welfare activities
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database & preparation of HR letters and also assist to his senior in basic HR activities.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline

  • 1 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounting, Admin and Accounts, asset management, Data Analysis, Internal Audit, Office Management, Transport Management,

Additional Requirements

  • Age 21 to 32 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • HR & Admin Executive Experience in Manufacturing Plant/Factory is Preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills both in Bengali and in English is a MUST
  • Good Typing Speed
  • Must have Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
